1 Overview and scope

This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs all purchases made from SEOENV LLC ("Company", "we", "us") through our website seo-env.com and any associated platforms. It applies to all clients, subscribers, and students ("you", "Client") who have purchased digital marketing services or educational products from us.

By purchasing any product or service from SEOENV LLC, you agree to the terms of this Policy. We encourage you to read it carefully before completing any transaction.

This Policy is governed by the laws of Georgia (country) and complies with applicable consumer protection regulations. Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ambrolauri Municipality, Georgia.

2 Digital marketing services (SEO, CRO, SMM)

Our digital marketing services — including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and Social Media Marketing (SMM) — are delivered as ongoing professional services. The following terms apply:

Monthly retainer agreements

  • Payments for the current billing month are non-refundable once campaign work has commenced.
  • You may cancel a monthly retainer at any time by providing written notice at least 14 calendar days before the next billing date. No charge will be incurred for future billing cycles following a valid cancellation notice.
  • Unused days within a paid billing period are not refundable and will not be credited.

One-time project engagements

  • A full refund is available if the project is cancelled within 48 hours of payment, provided that no work has been started and no third-party costs have been incurred.
  • If work has commenced, a partial refund will be issued corresponding to the percentage of work not yet completed, minus any third-party costs already incurred (e.g. advertising spend, platform fees, tool subscriptions).
  • Once a deliverable has been delivered and approved by the Client, no refund is available.

Paid advertising budgets

Important: Advertising budgets paid directly to third-party platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) through our management are strictly non-refundable. These funds are passed directly to the respective platforms and are subject to their own refund policies, which are outside of our control.

3 Online courses and educational products

SEOENV LLC offers online courses, training programs, and educational materials related to digital marketing. The following terms govern refunds for these products:

We determine course access levels based on our platform analytics. If you believe there is a discrepancy, please contact us and we will review your case individually.

4 EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union:

Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, by using the Service and generating content, you acknowledge that:

  • The Service begins performance immediately upon subscription.
  • Content generation constitutes full performance of the service.
  • You waive the right of withdrawal once content is generated or published.

Exceptions

If you subscribe but do not use the Service (no content generated or published) within 14 days AND the platform was functional and available to you, you may exercise your right of withdrawal and receive a full refund. However, if you have generated or published any content, you have received the service and are not eligible for withdrawal.

5 Refund eligibility conditions

A refund request may be considered eligible when all of the following conditions are met:

  • The request is submitted within the applicable refund window specified in this Policy.
  • The request is submitted in writing via email to our official support address.
  • The Client provides a clear and valid reason for the refund request.
  • The service or course meets the conditions outlined in Sections 2 and 3 above.
  • The Client has not violated our Terms and Conditions or engaged in any abusive conduct.

We reserve the right to decline a refund request if we find evidence of abuse of this Policy, including repeated purchasing and refund cycles, or if the claim is made in bad faith.

6 Non-refundable items

The following are expressly excluded from refund eligibility under any circumstances:

  • Third-party advertising spend already deployed on platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Domain names, hosting fees, or software licences purchased on the Client's behalf
  • Downloadable digital assets (templates, guides, checklists) once delivered or accessed
  • Services rendered as part of a completed and approved project milestone
  • Courses or coaching sessions where content access exceeds 20%, or sessions have been attended
  • Rush or expedited service fees
  • Any service for which a signed statement of work has been fully delivered
  • Consultation fees for completed advisory sessions

7 Fraud and abuse

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or excessive refund requests.

8 Refund request procedure

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us by email — Send your request to [email protected] with the subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Name] – [Invoice Number]".
  2. Provide required details — Include your full name, the email address used for purchase, your invoice or order number, the name of the product or service, the purchase date, and a clear explanation of your reason for requesting a refund.
  3. Await acknowledgement — Our team will confirm receipt of your request within 2 business days.
  4. Review period — We will evaluate your request and notify you of the outcome within 5 business days of acknowledgement.
  5. Refund issuance — Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within the timeframe specified in Section 9.

To speed up your request, please attach any relevant documentation such as screenshots of technical issues, relevant email correspondence, or a copy of your payment receipt.

9 Processing timelines

Once a refund has been approved, the processing timeline depends on your payment method:

SEOENV LLC is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions, payment processors, or currency conversion timelines beyond our control.

10 Partial refunds and service credits

In cases where a full refund is not applicable, we may, at our discretion, offer one of the following alternatives:

  • Partial refund — A prorated amount based on the percentage of work completed or content consumed at the time of the request.
  • Service credit — A credit applied to your account for use toward future services or courses with SEOENV LLC. Credits are non-transferable and expire 12 months from the date of issuance.
  • Revised service plan — In the event of a service quality dispute, we may offer to revise or restart the agreed scope of work at no additional charge, as an alternative to a refund.

We will always communicate available options clearly and work with you to reach a fair resolution.

11 Chargebacks and payment disputes

We strongly encourage all Clients to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly through our internal process.

Please note: Initiating a chargeback without first contacting SEOENV LLC may result in the immediate suspension of your account and access to any active services or courses. We reserve the right to formally dispute chargebacks initiated in bad faith or in violation of this Policy.

If a chargeback is found to be illegitimate or fraudulent, SEOENV LLC reserves the right to recover the full amount owed, including any fees or penalties imposed by payment processors.

12 Amendments to this policy

SEOENV LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active Clients of material changes via email or a notice on our website at least 7 days before such changes take effect.

Continued use of our services or courses following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. If you do not agree to the updated terms, please contact us before your next billing cycle.
